December marked the end of the year and the beginning of expansion into new markets and more ambitious plans for hive5. Last month, we were delighted that investors had an opportunity to earn higher returns than in November. Moreover, since the platform's inception, we have reached an impressive total loan volume of 30 256 699 Eur. We are delighted with the results, showing investors' trust in the platform.

- Loan volume originated in December: 3 091 333 Eur
- Number of loans originated in December: 3 517
- Average nominal interest rate in December: 15.44% (compared to 14.82% in November)
- Number of active investors: 9 249
- Interest paid to investors: 499 544 Eur
From January, the new law has prohibited Polish lenders from borrowing funds from investors through online platforms. We want to emphasise that all existing consumer loans will be fully paid according to the schedule. Also, hive5 continues to offer business loans from Poland, which remains unaffected by the new regulation. Usually, challenges give us new opportunities. Hence, our team has set a key focus for the upcoming months: ensuring the smooth investment processes in new loan originators from Spain and Romania.
