Hive5 is an investment marketplace within Hive Finance Group. Investors acquire claim rights linked to financing already provided and listed on the platform, starting from €10 per investment.
You do not lend money directly to borrowers. Instead, you purchase contractual claim rights that entitle you to receive payments according to the terms of the specific investment and applicable agreements.

Based on the current legal assessment of its business model, Hive5 does not require authorisation as an ECSP crowdfunding service provider, MiFID investment firm, payment institution or e-money institution. Co-founder and main shareholder, Hive Finance Group
Andrius has spent nearly two decades building and scaling businesses across international markets. In 2007, he founded Ruptela, a vehicle telematics and fleet-management technology company, and grew it into an organisation of more than 250 people serving clients in over 120 countries.
He later co-founded Hive Finance Group and remains its main shareholder, shaping the Group’s long-term strategic direction and staying actively involved in its development.
His experience strengthens the Group through international business development, building strong teams and scaling businesses from early-stage operations to international growth.
