To participate as a referrer, you must be a fully verified (KYC-completed) Hive5 account holder aged 18+.
A friend qualifies only if they are a new Hive5 user, mention you within 30 days of signing up, and have not previously held an account.
The qualifying first investments must be made within 90 calendar days of registration.
Tier and reward are determined by the total invested during the first 90 days after registration. Investments made later do not retroactively upgrade the tier.
Funds must be allocated to active investments for at least 30 days before bonuses are released.
Calculated per calendar year (1 January – 31 December) and paid out on 5 January of the following year, in EUR.
Bonuses may be subject to taxation in the recipient's jurisdiction. Each participant is responsible for declaring and paying any taxes owed.
Self-referrals, multi-account schemes, fake or coerced sign-ups will result in forfeiture of bonuses and suspension.

The Welcome Bonus is final and will not be reversed if your friend later withdraws their funds. However, withdrawn amounts no longer count toward your 12-month Milestone Bonus — only funds active at the time of evaluation are included.
Referrals between users sharing the same household or payment method (bank account, card) may be flagged for review and disqualified. If we determine that accounts are linked to the same individual or coordinated to extract bonuses, all related bonuses will be reversed and accounts may be suspended.
Referrers may share Hive5 through personal channels such as messaging, email, and social posts. The following are not permitted: paid advertising using Hive5's brand, mass unsolicited messaging (spam), misleading claims about returns or guarantees, and impersonating Hive5 staff. Violations may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of accrued bonuses.
The Welcome Bonus is credited to both accounts once your friend's investments (made within 90 days of registration) have been allocated to active loans for at least 30 days. You'll receive an email notification when the bonus lands in your wallet.
No. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer. The more active friends you bring in, the more you earn — both through Welcome Bonuses and Milestone tiers.
The Welcome Bonus tier is based on the total amount your friend invests within the first 90 days of registration. This can be one large investment or several smaller ones — they all add up. Investments made after the 90-day window won't upgrade your Welcome Bonus tier, but they will still count toward your Milestone Bonus.
Yes. Bonuses are credited as cash to your Hive5 wallet and can be withdrawn or reinvested at your discretion, subject to standard platform withdrawal terms.
The Welcome Bonus becomes final once the 30-day allocation requirement is met — even if your friend later withdraws their funds, the bonus stays with you. The Milestone Bonus works differently: it's calculated on the active portfolio value at the end of the calendar year, so withdrawn amounts no longer count toward it.
