Promotion Terms & Conditions 

Eligibility

1. This promotion applies exclusively to new investors who register between 1 January 2026.

2. Cashback applies only to the first investments made within 30 days from the registration date.

3. Minimum total investment amount required to qualify: €100.

4. Maximum cashback per eligible user: €200.

Cashback Rules

5. Cashback equals 1% of the invested amount meeting campaign criteria.

6. Cashback is credited only after the invested funds have fully matured and been repaid to the investor.

7. Cashback is paid directly to the user’s platform balance.

8. vertOnly investments made with the user’s own deposited funds are eligible (bonus funds or promotional balance do not qualify).

Anti-Fraud & Abuse

9. Each individual is allowed one account only. Multiple accounts, shared financial credentials, or coordinated behaviour to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.

10. The platform may perform additional identity and AML checks before issuing cashback.

11. The platform reserves the right to deny or revoke cashback, and/or suspend accounts, if fraud, abuse, or breach of terms is suspected.

General Conditions

12. This promotion cannot be combined with other welcome or deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated.

13. The platform reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

14. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the platform’s general User Agreement.
