Hive5 Platform Update – July 2026

July was another important month for Hive5, combining steady platform growth with several key milestones. During the month, Hive5 celebrated its fourth anniversary, our investor community reached 30,000 registered investors, and we continued working on platform transparency and upcoming product improvements.

Key platform figures – July 2026

  • Total loan volume funded since inception: €218M

July’s funded loan volume of €8.68M brought the total volume funded since inception to approximately €218M.

The average nominal interest rate increased to 14.4%, while the total interest paid to investors reached €5.9M.

Our investor community also continued to grow, with 152 new registered investors joining Hive5 during July and the total number of registered investors reaching 30,002.

Four years of Hive5

July also marked an important milestone for Hive5 as we celebrated our fourth anniversary.

Over the past four years, Hive5 has grown from a newly launched marketplace into a platform serving more than 30,000 registered investors, with more than €218M funded through the marketplace.

As we enter our fifth year, our priorities remain focused on strengthening the platform, improving the investor experience and continuing to build Hive5 for long-term growth.

More transparency around the Hive5 marketplace

During July, we also published a dedicated transparency update explaining the Hive5 marketplace model in greater detail.

Hive5 operates as a marketplace where investors acquire claim rights relating to loans that have already been issued by Loan Originators. The update was part of our broader work to make the platform structure, the roles of Hive5 and Loan Originators, and the investment process easier for investors to understand.

We will continue expanding and improving the information available to investors as part of our ongoing transparency work.

Secondary Market development continues

Work on the Hive5 Secondary Market also continued during July.

The Secondary Market is planned for launch in September 2026 and will allow investors to sell eligible investments to other investors before their scheduled maturity date.

This will provide greater flexibility when managing portfolios, particularly as longer-term investment opportunities continue to become a larger part of the Hive5 marketplace.

Looking ahead

As we move into August, our focus remains on platform development, reliability, investor transparency and maintaining a consistent supply of investment opportunities.

With more than €218M funded, over 30,000 registered investors and the Secondary Market moving closer to launch, we continue working toward a more flexible and transparent investment experience for the Hive5 community.

Thank you for being part of Hive5.

Interest rate changes from August 10

From August 10, we will introduce several changes to the interest rates and loan terms available on the Hive5 marketplace.

Hive Finance Group is preparing for portfolio growth this autumn as lending activity is expected to increase after the quieter summer period.

By adjusting selected rates and adding more maturity options, we aim to support the planned increase in loan origination while continuing to offer investors a diversified selection of short-, medium- and long-term investments.

The following rates will apply to new investments from August 10:

Interest rates for Finjet ES will remain unchanged.

The new 12-month terms for Credilink and Firmeo will give investors more choice when balancing portfolio duration, expected return and liquidity preferences.

Investors using Auto Invest are encouraged to review their strategy settings and update the minimum interest rate or preferred loan terms where necessary.

Secondary Market development remains on schedule

Work on the Hive5 Secondary Market is continuing according to plan, and we are currently targeting its launch during the first week of September.

The new feature will allow investors to list eligible investments for sale to other Hive5 investors before the original maturity date. This will provide additional flexibility and make it easier to manage longer-term investments according to changing portfolio needs.

Technical development and testing are progressing, and we will provide more detailed information about the feature and its conditions closer to the launch.

These updates form part of our broader work to expand investment availability, introduce more portfolio options and improve flexibility across the Hive5 marketplace.
