Hive Finance Group has appointed Zigmars Lacis as Group Chief Financial Officer. He brings experience in P2P lending and fintech finance to the group behind Hive5.
Zigmars previously worked at TWINO, where his responsibilities included a EUR 35 million P2P investment portfolio, and at Lenderu. His experience includes financial planning, lending operations and managing cash flows through challenging market conditions.
A focus on stronger financial performance
His priorities at Hive Finance Group include reviewing profitability, revenue and costs across its markets, improving profitability in Poland, and supporting portfolio growth and risk management in Romania. He also plans to strengthen existing operations before further expansion.
These priorities give the Hive5 community a closer view of the financial work taking place across the group’s lending businesses.
