Auto Invest may leave part or all of your available balance uninvested for several reasons.
No available investment matches every criterion
Your selected Loan Originators, term and interest-rate ranges must all match. Even where many investments are visible on the marketplace, they may not qualify for your specific strategy.
The portfolio-size limit has been reached
Once the active portfolio reaches the set limit, the strategy stops making new investments.
Your available balance is below the minimum investment
If your minimum investment amount is €10 but only €7 is available, the strategy cannot make another investment.
The selected criteria are narrow
A high minimum interest rate, short term range or limited Loan Originator selection may significantly reduce the number of eligible investments.
Matching investments have already been fully funded
Investment availability depends on the loan supply made available by Loan Originators and investor demand.
The strategy has been stopped
A stopped strategy remains visible but does not make new investments.
The strategy is still being processed
Auto Invest does not always make investments immediately after a strategy is created. Processing time and investment availability may vary.
What to check
- whether the strategy is active;
- whether uninvested funds are available;
- whether the portfolio limit has already been reached;
- whether matching investments are currently available;
- whether your minimum investment amount is too high for the remaining balance;
- whether the selected term or interest-rate range is too restrictive.
Do not broaden the criteria solely to make funds invest faster. Any changes should remain consistent with your own investment approach and risk assessment.
