As part of legal and compliance requirements, Hive5 may occasionally ask you for additional information or documents, including:
- Information about the source of funds
- Information about operations or planned transactions
- An explanation of the origin of funds
- Supporting documents, such as a bank account statement for a relevant period or other documents supporting the transactions
If additional information is required, Hive5 will explain what is needed and how to provide it. All client data is processed in accordance with the Hive5 Privacy Policy.
