After completing registration, you will be asked to verify your identity. Press “Start your verification” and start the identification process. You will be asked to take a real-time photo of your document and take a selfie. The document must be valid, not tampered with, and shouldn’t be covered with any stickers. Your picture, name, surname, and other information must be clear and readable.
Identity verification process is very easy and usually takes up to 5 minutes.

2. Make sure you are in a well-lit room so the document and your face can be captured clearly.
3. Make sure your identity document is not expired.
4. Check that your full name, document number and date of birth are clearly visible.
5. Follow the verification instructions shown in your Hive5 account to complete the process.
