- Hive5 accepts only SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers in euros (EUR).
- SWIFT transfers are not accepted.
- If a SWIFT transfer is sent, the bank may charge a fee.
- Incoming SWIFT fee: 0.50%, minimum €15.
- Outgoing SWIFT fee: 0.80%, minimum €30.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts that support SEPA transfers.
Which bank transfers does Hive5 accept?
Please note, we accept only SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) payments in Euro currency. SWIFT payments are not accepted.
SWIFT transfers are not supported and you will be charged by the bank. Banks charge a fee minimum of 15 EUR for a wire transfer like SWIFT, but it could be more: a particular percentage of the transferred amount.
