What do the Manual Invest filters mean?

Interest rate — annual interest (%).
Originator — the lending company that makes claim rights to issued loans available for investment.
Remaining term — the number of days left until the expected maturity date.
Available for investment — the remaining loan amount available to invest in.
Loan type — the duration and purpose of the loan.
